Job Description
The services and deliverables to be provided will include the following:
Deliverables
•Provide one-on-one telephone support to HSPs (health service providers) throughout their implementation
•Debrief with regional implementation leads and education specialists on implementation progress as appropriate
•Organize and facilitate group teleconferences with coordinators and trainers as part of their implementation
Support implementation by:
•Contributing to assignment of levels of support
•Participating in regular meetings
•Monitoring and tracking completion of implementation milestones and preparing appropriate reports
•Responding to Support Centre queries and documenting resolution
•Follow up with HSPs to facilitate workshop enrolment
•Tracks HSP milestones and training
•Updates milestones database and maintains implementation documents
•Provide subject matter expertise to the Support Centre as required
•Act as back-up contact person for HSPs during times of absence of education specialists (vacations/training), when appropriate
•Attend and provide assistance to training sessions, as required
•Assist with the orientation of secondees and other new staff e.g. checking coding assignments
•Follow the regional implementation model and adhere to regional and core processes
•Maintaining and updating implementation status and information in appropriate systems
Qualifications - Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
•Adult teaching experience (this position will not be presenting to a large audience, but will be providing coaching to coordinators at HSPs, feedback on assignments, and interpretation of training materials)
•Working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
•Organized and detail oriented
•Good analytical skills with ability to problem solve
•Superior communication skills (written and verbal – including phone skills)
•Experience facilitating small groups, using virtual mechanisms e.g. WebEx
•Experience working within a team environment
Nice to have
•Knowledge and experience with Footprints application
