About the Job

Job Description:

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator for 1 year contract with one of our Clients. The position is located in Mississauga.


Responsibilities:

As a Sales Coordinator, you’ll assist an assigned group of Account Managers with administrative tasks.


These tasks will include:

•Billing investigations – requesting or/and pulling invoice copies, statement of accounts and preparing summaries for Account Managers
•Run campaign reports –inputting unique formatting and scheduled frequencies
•Build CSDs (Creative Submission Documents)
•Secure creative from clients
•Use internal tools to pull competitive analysis reporting (Lighthouse)
•Work with Credit Services to set up new clients in our system
•Other administrative work as assigned and requested.
•Prior experience in developing strong relationships
•Provide support for the client-facing Account Managers.
•Demonstrate initiative and resourcefulness in solving client issues with urgency, engaging with the extended Advertising and Online team where necessary
•Passion for solving issues and be motivated for the next assignment.

Qualifications - Nice to have skills:

Educational and Industry Background:

•1-3 years of relevant experience in a sales or service environment, managing client relationships, delivering operational support or services.
•BA preferred
