Our Client is looking for Field Readiness Program Manager for 1 year contract. The position is located in Mississauga.


Team/Department Mission

SMSG Readiness is a field focused training organization that builds complete selling muscle (knowledge & skills) which continuously improves how Microsoft Field, partners, and customers innovate, grow share, & increase CPE. Our objective is to help the Field hit its scorecard and share goals with Area, Segment, and BG synthesized and endorsed learning and performance programs. SMSG Readiness provides programs, tools, and events to help the field with:

•Growing Microsoft business by leading customers and partners into our future in Cloud Services
•Improve Field Sales, Marketing, and Services competitive skills & knowledge
•Preparing for future transformations in our business services models


Position Summary

We are looking for a passionate, high energy, determined yet agile individual to help drive and support end to end planning and execution of SMSGR (Sales/Marketing Group Readiness) related projects & programs across the Canadian business. A key component of this role is to act on the knowledge and insights we gain from various sources which will help drive field readiness while influencing positive behaviour that supports the participation of training and readiness for Microsoft Canada.


Key Accountabilities

•Support the local the SMSGR Area Readiness Manager in the program management of WW and local training initiatives.
•Act as the onsite contact for local delivery offerings.
•Develop reports that identify areas of opportunity for readiness within the subsidiary
•Co-ordination and collaboration with Readiness Marketing lead on the maintenance of local readiness portals and communications
•Oversee and manage day to day activities related to local readiness initiatives
•Manage Rewards program for Alpha/Beta program
•Welcome Experience use and integration with HR
•Creation or pulling Reports for:
•Programs/Offerings
•GDF Budget /Forecasting
•GSA/GMA (Global Sales/Marketing Academy)
•Field Readiness Index Status (FRI)
•Welcome Experience consumption


Skills and Experience

• Able to manipulate large sets of data into accurate, clear and concise reports that are relevant to the business
•Relevant experience within one or more of the following areas: marketing, sales, customer service, operations or business management.
•Extensive cross-group collaboration skills.
•Ability to deal with ambiguity.
•Strong written communication and presentation skills.
•Analytical skills.
•Proficient use / advanced knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and Excel & Excel functions (i.e. Pivot Tables)
•High attention to detail.
•Business acumen required to interpret and draw conclusions from complex reports/data.
•Contribute to content management for sharepoints.
