Solution Architect

• The Role is required to excellent technical knowledge in terms of Architecture, designing, integrating and scaling business solutions in Retail Sector.
• Candidate should exhibit his/her expertise in the architecting enterprise level solutions in the Retail sector by evaluating the business requirements and cost benefit to the enterprise.
• Should work with various business and technical teams to understand the business requirements, facilitate decision making process, architect applications, integrate, implement and realize enterprise solutions.
• Evaluate various COTS (Commercial off the shelf products) that meet the business requirements and do a gap analysis and present to the customer senior management.
• Should able to compare various solutions and select the one most appropriate for the project and company.
• Mentors development team and others on architecture direction for specific projects within the team.
• Defining evolution strategy of various architectures and implement reference architecture.
• Participating and providing references directly in projects requiring complex designs.
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressured but highly structured, customer-oriented environment;
• Ability to contribute to multiple projects/demands.
• Application Architecture with J2EE, SOA and BI/DW applications with the knowledge of EDI
