Job Description

We are currently seeking a Develoepr- Oracle Service Bus for a 12 week contract opportunity in Ottawa Ontario.

Key Responsibilities/Job Functions: -

Analyze client issues and develop solutions - Prioritize objectives and contribute to project planning and status reporting

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree is required -

5 or more years related industry experience with EAI tools and methodologies. - 5 or more years of EAI architecture and integration with message broker, data transformation and middleware experience

- 3 or more years of Service-Oriented Architectures (SOA) and ESB middleware experience

- 2 years or more of experience using Oracle SOA Suite 11g (primarily Oracle Service Bus) -

Practical knowledge of relational database technologies including SQL.

- Hands-on experience designing and developing interfaces.

- Strong knowledge of XML - Strong knowledge of XML Transformations using XSLT -

Experience in Agile and/or Iterative full life-cycle of software development (requirements analysis, design, development, testing and implementation) -

Strong general consulting skills including: analysis and problem solving, written and verbal communication, and team collaboration - Strong business analysis, process analysis, and data skills in customized requirements gathering. - Strong data modeling and data analysis skills. - Ability to translate functional requirements into technical designs - Strong object-oriented programming skills - Experience building Oracle customizations - Strong problem solving and analytical skills - Strong communication (verbal, written) skills - Strong interpersonal and presentation skills - Ability to be client-facing and work effectively with a large and diverse project team consisting of both Deloitte and client resources - Motivated self starter, ability to self manage - Ability to effectively mentor and transfer knowledge to client resources - Completed undergraduate degree in computer science, computer technology or information systems - Oracle certifications considered an asset
