Job Description:

Our client has a requirement for a Business Analyst with Siebel Experience. The position is located in Ottawa.

Requirement or Qualifications:

Mandatory Skills/ Experience:

• At least 10+ years experience as an ERP Functional Analyst working within an IM/IT environment.
•  At least 5 years of experience, within the last 10 years, designing functional solutions in a Siebel CRM based application to meet business requirements

 Rated Skills/Experience:

• Experience in leading joint business and IT sessions that includes the facilitation and coordination of design solutions for user and system interaction (GUI) using Joint Application
• Design (JAD) techniques.
• Experience in leading the evaluation of Siebel CRM to meet user needs, whether it is using existing pre-built functionality or alternate solutions.
• Cumulative experience in assisting with the documentation of each of the following for enterprise wide applications:
  • Business Process Models;
  • Siebel System Use Cases;
  • Siebel System Requirements; and Siebel Screens/Views, Siebel Operational and Managerial reports and Adobe prefilled forms.
•  Experience in configuring and using a COTS BI analytical tool against business needs and system design databases
• Experience using a COTS BI analytical tool against business needs and system design databases
