This position will be responsible for the design and deployment of a current self-service application for the migration to a new CVP standalone environment. This will include conducting assessments of current message flow, configuration and application script assessments, for purposes of CVP migration design and development. This role will also be responsible for providing guidance on the CVP environment build out to support the additional load.

Technical Requirements:
• Hold current certifications, or be working on certifications for Cisco CCNA Voice and CCNP Voice
• Completion of CVP-I and CVP-D classes preferred
• 3+ years of recent experience in development and support of voice communication systems including CVP Studio/Java/ SQL development skills
• 3+ years of recent experience creating IVR Applications (must have CVP experience)
• 2+ years of recent experience with VXML, XML, and/or web services development experience
• Broad experience with Cisco CVP standalone architecture, configuration, troubleshooting and change management for large multi-site deployments
• Experience in CVP operations including:
Debugging script routing and reporting errors
Experience in conducting moves, adds and changes for self-service CVP models
Experience with the design, configuration, build and testing of standalone CVP instances
Experience with Java development is an asset
• A working knowledge of the following components:
Cisco Ingress Voice Gateway
Cisco Voice XML Gateway
Cisco Egress Gateway
Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CallManager)
Cisco Media Server
Third-Party Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) and Text-to-Speech servers
Voice gateways/VXML servers; call control servers, application servers, and text-to-speech and ASR servers
Experience with both H.323 and SIP call control for CVP
CVP-I and CVP-D training is highly desirable
Additional experience with Cisco reporting is considered a plus
