Job Description:
Our client has a requirement for a Bilingual Project Administrator with an Enhanced Reliability Clearance for a 48 week contract.  You will be responsible for planning, scheduling and coordinating meetings as well as participating in review of project budget, contract and schedule of deliveries. Other duties will include manipulating databases and project tracking documents.

Requirements:
  • Must be fluently bilingual in French and English
  • Ability to proof-read translated documents
  • Minimum College education
  • Minimum of two (2) years experience within the last five (5) years with:
  • SharePoint
  • MS Office, outlook, Project and Excel (Advance level & pivot tables)
  • Budget experience (Minimum of two (2) years experience within the last five (5) years)
  • Experience in supporting Work plan development (Minimum of two (2) years experience within the last five (5) years)
  • Experience with Project Management (including Microsoft Project Manager) (Minimum of two (2) years experience within the last five (5) years)
