Job Description
Our client has a requirement for Senior .Net Developer/SEI Certified for a 6 month contract opportunity. The position is located in St. Catherine’s, Ontario.
Requirements:
The SEI-Certified PSP Developer credentials and minimum of 2 years of TSP experience is required to be able to follow team’s PSP & TSP processes. As a member of self-directed (TSP) team, the successful candidate is expected to provide feedback on team’s processes, standards, guidelines and checklists, to look for improvements areas and to actively participate in process improvement initiatives.
Qualified Candidates will have:
- Extensive experience in systems analysis, design and development in large systems environments
- Extensive .NET & C# development experience, minimum of 3 years .NET Framework 3/3.5/4 experience
- Microsoft .NET WPF 4, Entity Framework 4 and Model-View ViewModel(MVVM)design pattern development experience
- Practical experience with design patterns and Microsoft Enterprise Library
- Extensive TSQL and MS SQL Server Reporting Services experience, minimum of 3 years
- Experience in setting best practices for .NET development
- Experience with UML and modeling tools
- SEI-Certified Personal Software Process (PSP) Developer credentials and minimum of 2 years spent on a Team Software Process (TSP) team
