Our client has a requirement for Business/Systems Analyst for a 10 month contract opportunity. The positions are located in Mississauga.

Requirement or Qualifications:
Qualified Candidates will have:
Responsibilities
- Provide innovative solutions for reporting needs with an emphasis on delivering improved methods of data presentation.
- Leverage internal systems and tools and combine it with business knowledge to deliver business insight and decision making.
- Work with Channel Incentives Lead, Stakeholders, SMS&P Business Analysts & IT teams to create & automate new processes.
- Challenge existing processes and implement changes as needed.
- Working closely with key internal customers and ensuring highest level of data quality.
- Create & maintain business rules and reporting hierarchies.
- Develop and Maintain Data & Reporting infrastructure
- Provide accurate measurement and reporting of Customer & Partner business metrics including aspects of revenue and pipeline management.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
1) Experience
- Knowledge of Sales & Marketing and Business Metrics.
- Previous Business Reporting Analyst or similar experience in a Large Enterprise
- Ability to communicate and translate between businesses need, data structures and analysis conclusions.
- Ability to learn new technologies and apply them to solve in real world business problems.
2) Technical / Functional Skills
- Advanced Excel (Functions, Pivot Tables etc),
- Business Modelling using Excel.
- Understanding of databases and previous hands on experience with various reporting dashboards
- Ability to drive success through the ambiguity resulting from highly variable levels of data quality.
- Understanding of CRM systems.

Key Success Measure
The candidate must be able to manage multiple projects, work effectively in a rapidly changing environment and meet ongoing and overlapping deadlines; Ability to work under pressure and within short time constraints in a complex system and business integrated environment; Strong written and verbal communication skills and a passion for technology.
