Our client has a requirement for an Applications Architect for a six month contract opportunity. The position is located in Mississauga.

Role
The successful candidate will be working on the team responsible for designing, building and maintaining robust infrastructure Source Code Management (SCM) environments for developers that meet and align with Enterprise standards and direction.
Requirements or Qualifications
Qualified Candidates will have:
- 3 plus years experience with a breadth of Enterprise Source Code Management (SCM) tools: MKS-Source Integrity, CVS, VSS; and Windows O/S platforms, Windows batch or UNIX korn shell scripting
- Strong technical knowledge and work experience with Distributed Source Code Management technologies
- MKS (experience working with MKS)
- CVS (experience in a user or administration role)
- VSS (experience in a user or administration role)
- Windows batch or Unix korn shell scripting
- Experience working in a large enterprise environment
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong organizational skills, self motivated, can work independently, is able to manage multiple and ever changing priorities.
- Strong customer service orientation and a professional approach, ability to interact with all levels within the organization.
- Very good oral and written communication skills
- Very good interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Good understanding of project management.
- Good knowledge of Source Code Management best practices / understanding of Project disciplines
