Job Description
Our client has a requirement for DataPower Developer for a three month contract opportunity. The position is located in Toronto, Ontario.
The individual will be developing the DataPower service (including wsdl, xslt transformation, security pieces, etc.) based on architecture design documents.
- Troubleshooting technical problems across all environments by responding to the various teams.
- Providing production Tier 3 support, assessing the impact of errors/problems based on timing and situation to determine the most appropriate decision and course of action.
Requirements or Qualifications
- 5+ years’ relevant experience with integration solutions and infrastructures
- Must have 1+ year relative DataPower appliance design and development experience
- Experience with HIAL integration structures such as (IAP), COIL, CMDS and PUBSUB. Knowledge of the HL7 message standards V3 & V2
- Solid understanding of Service-oriented architecture (SOA) and DataPower appliances. Knowledge of SOAP, XML, XSLT, xQuery, and xpath is a must have.
- Extensive experience in the Java technology stack is an asset.
- Knowledge with DB2 and Oracle, & mainframe knowledge will be an asset.
- Extensive experience in troubleshooting and remediation.
- Experience with automation scripts such as Ant & Maven will be an asset.
Experience with web service based integration solution design and development
