Mandate Details:
Expertise technique : eCompensation V9.1 & Talent Management
Detailed description of the mandate: Our client is in the process of implementing eCompensation and other HCM self service applications. Client is seeking for a eCompensation functional / business specialist to join the project team
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyse and document business requirements and application processes
- Provide recommendations for application improvements
- Perform fit/gap analysis between business requirements and application delivered-functionalities
- Perform application design and configuration
- Prepare documentation for application configuration
- Prepare functional specifications for developments: reports, interfaces, customizations, extensions and conversions
- Assist in the definition of the security model
- Support Technical Teams during development activities
- Prepare and assist test plans and test scripts for the different testing cycles
- Perform testing and document results
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT)
