Enterprise Integration Architect / Level 3

Job Description
The services and deliverables to be provided will include the following:

Deliverables

•Deliver application and deployment architecture for an integrated assessment record (IAR) project that spans multiple sectors.
•Work with all stakeholders to develop integration strategies to facilitate assessment integration, portal integrations and data transport for the IAR.
•Work with vendors, standards and other stakeholders to develop XML schema’s, design and other supporting documentation to facilitate the upload of new assessment types to the IAR
•Develop solution architecture documents (and other documentation) as required by the project
•Review and provide feedback on business and design documentation.
•Work with third party software provider to ensure application development/configuration is in alignment with overall IAR architecture and is developed in accordance with CCIM processes and development guidelines
•Ensure that the application and deployment architecture is aligned with requirements from pilot organizations, operations, standards and privacy and security.
•Communicate with key stakeholders to ensure that issues are escalated and resolved to meet project timelines.


Qualifications - Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

•Minimum 6 years of software and system integration experience in multi-vendor environment 5 years working experience as an technology architect
•Minimum of 12 years technology sector experience
•University degree in Computer Science or equivalent working experience
•Experience working on large integration projects
•Experience with Orion products
•Experience with master patient index, such as Initiate EMPI
•Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills
•Thorough knowledge of software development lifecycles on large projects.
•Ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely to upper level project management, business experts, subject matter experts, technical project management and developers.
•Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills
•Experience in two or more of the following technology architectures:
•E-Health Strategy Blueprint
•E-Health Ontario
•Ontario Association of Community Care Access Centres
•Continuing Care sector assessment technology environments
•Hospitals
•Pan Canadian standards from Canada Health Infoway
•Ability to lead other development and technical resources to achieve results.
•Strong technical knowledge of integration technologies
•Experience in the Ontario Continuing Care sector
•Experience in the Ontario healthcare sector
