Account Manager

Job Description

Zylog Systems (Canada) Ltd. is currently seeking for an Account Manager to join their Integrated Solutions Group team. This role will be responsible for prospecting, cold calling, identifying and qualifying leads while assisting the existing sales team on a regular basis in order to meet sales quotas.

Specific Responsibilities & Primary Duties:

•Develop and maintain knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics solutions & services and be able to recommend software “solutions” to clients based on the above
•Enhance business opportunities for the assigned products
•Perform lead generation through telemarketing
•Effectively manage lead qualification process
•Maintain accurate sales related records in the CRM software
•Participate in the development and execution of marketing campaigns


The ideal candidate will:

•Be able to display a consultant-like solutioning approach and to understand various business processes across MS Dynamics Products
•Be motivated to do outbound calling to the various industry users
•Be able to work effectively with both end-users and resellers when necessary
•See qualified Lead opportunities as “win-win” situations and have a “can-do” attitude
•Effectively qualify and prioritize Lead opportunities
•Have the ability to articulate solutions clearly, be creative, and be personable Have strong analytical and problem solving skills
•Have a strong emphasis on customer experience, expectation setting and satisfaction
•Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Be self motivated, work effectively and independently, while also being a team player
•Welcome challenges and meet tight deadlines.


Experience required:

•A minimum of 2- 3 year in ERP software inside sales, CRM software Inside sales or Telemarketing expertise for software solutions / services
•A University accounting, business, or marketing educational background preferred
•Experience dealing with all levels of end users and reseller personnel – from reseller consultants / sales people up to end user / high-level executives, and decision makers
•Knowledge of ERP software, particularly Microsoft Dynamics ERP / CRM
•Computer literate (Microsoft Office suite).
