Our client has a requirement for QA III for a 6 month contract opportunity. The positions are located in Toronto


Qualified Candidates will have:

We are looking for a Sr QA III who will be working with CORE New Accounts Release No.1. Please submit candidates who have experience and knowledge working with Registered Products - ie., RRSP, RESP, RDSP, TFSA and some technical abilitlies.

This is a six month contract and will move fast.

The Quality Assurance Analyst role is to plan, design, architect, and deploy effective test suites and regimes for in-house product development, software application development, information system launches, and operations systems enhancements. This individual will apply proven analytical and problem-solving skills to help validate, verify, communicate, and resolve systems/software application issues through careful testing in order to maximize the benefit of IT investments and initiatives Coordinate a major quality assurance program at a management level. Facilitate the implementation of new tools and techniques. Manage formal quality assurance role in audits and milestone reviews. Provide advice on and develop new or replacement policies. Recommend, facilitate and promote the adoption of information systems practices, etc. Take appropriate action to ensure integrity/safety/public acceptance of information systems.

A vacancy exists for a QA Analyst III to join the team and be responsible for various aspects of software application testing, ensuring application is stable and defect free.


As part of this team, prime responsibility will be to:

• Lead the design, development, execution and analysis of test strategies and plans for the program
• Lead integration and system testing activities.
• Prepare all documentation for test strategy, test plans, test estimates, test cases, test scripts.
• Manage the working relationship between the QA team, the development team, the QA environment team and the business partners.
• Delivery of all planning, execution and reporting for program testing activities.
• Ensure all sign offs on deliverables (overall test strategy, test plan, test cases, etc.) and that testing meets governance requirements.
• Work with extended team to resolve quality issues. SKILLS: Plans, coordinates, and supervises complex informatics assignments; designs and applies new methods and procedures; may supervise staff
University degree or college diploma with experience in the IT industry
