Requirement or Qualifications:

Our client requires an Architect to work in Winnipeg with several project teams that will be developing and implementing applications to add data into their SAP Business Warehouse. As such, the Architect will be working with data modelers to ensure appropriate data structures are defined, and will be providing architectural oversight for the data modelers and for all technical aspects of the projects loading and processing the data. The Architect will be expected to be a key leader in moving these projects toward successful completion.

• To do this well, we believe the Architect will need to have a great deal of experience in IT and leadership assignments, with specific knowledge of data modelling in a data warehouse environment and of the SAP BI/BW and ABAP environments.
• Knowledge of SAP Business Objects, HANA, and the Financial Services industry would also be an asset.

In general, Architects at our client need to be broad experience working with large, complex, inter-dependent systems in a large corporate environment. They need to be excellent communicators, collaborators, and leaders who can work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
