Job Description:

Our client has a requirement for a Senior Project Manager for a six (6) month contract opportunity. The position is located in Ottawa-Gatineau area.

Requirement or Qualifications:

• Experience managing the full life cycle of a public sector online services delivery project from concept initiation through release to industry/market;
• Demonstrated track record of benefits realization for delivery of an online service project (for example: improved back office efficiencies, improved response time for services, increased usability scores, compressed development time, higher end-user satisfaction);
• Demonstrated track record of delivering projects on-time to scope and within budget;
• Work with multiple internal business groups/programs to develop and harmonize business requirements for delivery of an integrated online product;
• Develop use cases and various user profiles to interact with and test the new online product;
• Implement key performance indicators to gauge effectiveness of the online product (adoption, usability, satisfaction rates);
• Work with multi-disciplinary groups, multiple departments and/or service providers (e.g. PWGSC, SSC, IC);
• Familiar with Treasury Board standards for Usability, Interoperability and Accessibility and Mobile Optimization;
• Familiar with the GC Web Experience Toolkit;
• Familiarity with HTML5 and modern web design principles of user-centric design and task-centric design; and
• Must have valid Security Clearance (Enhanced Reliability or Secret).
