Consultant for a 6 months contract opportunity is available now in Sault Ste. Marie / Toronto.

Key Responsibilities:

• Three (3) years of experience working in an Accounts Payable environment, preferably working with multiple lines of business.
• University Degree or College Diploma in Business or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of Government policies, regulations and procedures relative to financial contracts and payment practices.
• Working knowledge of OLG policies, procedures and practices as they relate to purchasing and accounts payable transactions.
• Good communication skills along with the ability to effectively deal with all levels of staff and with external parties.
• Excellent interpersonal skills combined with the ability to work independently within deadlines. Demonstrated ability to pay attention to detail.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills in a team environment.
• Sound judgment with strong analytical, problem solving, organizational and planning skills -Ability to work well under pressure, to determine priorities and to meet deadlines.
• Working knowledge of AGCO regulations and Tax Legislation.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Lotus Notes, and web based functions (AP Link, Vendor databases) and Enterprise Resource Planning applications (PeopleSoft) with proven ability to quickly learn and understand new technology.
