Job Description:
Our client has a requirement in Operations Sales Support, for a 6 month contract opportunity. The position is located in Mississauga.

Role:
  • Pipeline & Opportunity Support for the Sales team
  • Ensure pipeline accuracy through weekly reviews with the Sales Team
  • Responsible for supporting Sales team in making all updates to CRM system in a timely manner
  • Contract Preparation for Processing
  • Manage contract entry & approvals within our systems
  • Facilitate the contract (and proposal) creation process Sales Team, working with Sales and Delivery to ensure appropriate policies are adhered to and processes are followed
  • Assist with Pre-staging of net new contracts, document finding, following up on Purchase Order & signed contracts and submitting to the Operations Center
  • Work with Operations Center to ensure timely and complete contract processing
  • Forecasting Process
  • Coordinate and participate in monthly forecast calls
  • Prepare monthly forecast deck for the Regional Sales Manager
  • Provide assistance as required for monthly Revenue reconciliations
  • Perform other duties as required, including (but not limited to) Business Investment Funding requests, monthly reporting, account planning assistance and general Inside Sales Support
  • Act as central point of contact for Sales team
  • Back-up other Sales Support staff as necessary
 
Requirements:
Hard skills
  • Proficient in Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Post-Secondary degree in Business preferred
  • Previous experience in sales environment preferred
Soft skills
  • Strong time-management skills
  • Problem solving
  • Strong communicator
