Job Description:

Project Control Officer for a 6 months contract opportunity is available now in Toronto.

Role:

Support project procedures and policies within a program of related projects are executed. We require support to assist in various project coordination activities and providing analytical support.

As part of this team, prime responsibility will be to:

• Perform administrative duties relating to onboarding and offboarding individuals on the program
• Maintain onboarding and offboarding repository
• Completion of documentation (for example: reports, change requests, meeting minutes, spreadsheet updates).
• Update weekly resource availability reports, project dashboards, and weekly status reports
• Facilitate effective and efficient knowledge management through creation and maintenance of project repository.
• SKILLS:
• MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint knowledge to create and maintain documents.
• Knowledge and experience in maintaining a central repository
