Senior Consultant - CRM ISU Team Lead for a 6 months contract opportunity is available now in Toronto.

Role:

Key Responsibilities/Job Functions:

• Work on a collaborative team analyzing client issues and developing solutions
• Supervise junior staff and manage parts of client engagements -
• Author presentations and present findings to clients -
• Prioritize objectives and contribute to project planning and status reporting Qualifications -
• Undergraduate degree - Graduate degree or professional designation an asset - 2 - 5 years relevant work experience -
• Strong commitment to professional client service excellence -
• Ability to identify and resolve complex issues and develop innovative solutions for clients -
• Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work effectively with other in teams -
• Ability to communicate, interact, and cooperate with clients - Excellent written and oral communication skills -
• Ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions -
• Proven analytical skills and systematic problem solving

 

Requirement or Qualifications:

• CRM 2007/ 7.0 ISU Functional knowledge Concepts of Roles User Interface configuration and architecture Web Client UI framework and development Generic Interaction Layer (GENIL),
• Business Object Layer (BOL) and Generic application service CRM Middleware architecture and replication ABAP with Object Oriented Programming
• BPEM ISU CRM upgrade Archiving
