Quality Analyst for a 6 month contract opportunity is available now in Toronto.

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

MUST HAVES:

• Experience of supporting a large volume of workload
• HPQC
• SDLC Knowledge
• Front-end testing experience
• Online application experience
• Mobile experience
• Strong Communication Skills
• Strong problem solving skills.
• works well under pressure
• Self-directed, Self-motivated

 

NICE TO HAVES:

• Bilingual (written and oral) - writing test cases in French (strongly preferred)
• Financial Banking experience.
• Credit Card

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Review documentation (business requirements, systems requirements, wireframes, content) to understand test scope, data needs, test environments and overall scheduling needs Identify, develop and document test scenarios and test cases with traceability to business requirements Participate in test planning activities (test strategy, estimates, test plan, schedule etc.) Maintain and provide accurate testing status reports during testing phases and maintain documentation of test results according to defined processes / tools (including HP Quality Centre) Participate in post implementation reviews and processes (e.g. lessons learned, post-install application verifications etc.) Preparation of a test result walkthroughs / presentations to the project team and business representatives Candidate should have a university degree or college diploma with previous experience in the IT industry
