Job Description:
IT Helpdesk Support for a 12 months contract opportunity is available now in Vancouver, BC.

Role:
Our client is looking for a motivated candidate for our IT Help Desk Support role. This candidate will provide excellent customer service and support and will take pride in delivering a high degree of customer satisfaction and technical expertise while ensuring business needs are met with efficiency and integrity.
 
Job Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support to all staff – PC break / fix and general Helpdesk
• Prepare PCs for new users, upgrade existing PCs
• Deploy and support varied IT equipment throughout the studio
• Help manage the stock of equipment
• Engage in light Systems Administration duties
 
Requirement or Qualifications:
• Very strong customer support focus
• Very strong Windows deployment and support
• Deep PC hardware knowledge – building, supporting, performance tuning
• Good understanding of MS AD, DNS, DHCP, WINS, TCP/IP
• Strong Office 2013 support experience
• Knowledge of Xbox 360 / Xbox One equipment and accessories
• Good knowledge of AV – printers, projectors, screens, TVs, audio and video equipment
