Job Description

Our client has a requirement for an LNG Process Engineer for an open-ended contract opportunity.  The positions are located in Houston, TX.

Requirement or Qualifications

LNG Process Engineer x 4 openings

• Expert in all process engineering activities related to introducing grassroots or revamp engineering projects for LNG plants. 
• Scope of work may range from feasibility studies to FEED and detailed engineering. 
• Required experience in process units or utilities & offsite systems, or both. 
• Responsible for developing or leading other engineers to develop heat and material balances using process simulation software, process flow diagrams (PFDs) and piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs); fluid hydraulic calculations to generate process data for in-line instruments and loads for rotating equipment such as pumps, compressors and turbines; determine system design pressures; design relief valves and relief systems including flare headers.
  

Other Qualifications

• Experience with major EPC companies and NOT at a production facility
• BS or MS in Chemical Engineering
• Minimum 8 – 15 years of experience
