About the Job
Our client has a requirement for a Senior Technical Recruiter in the telecommunications industry for a 6 Month Contract opportunity. The position is located in Itasca, IL.
Responsibilities
- Proactively establishing relationships with manager
- Partnering with hiring manager
- Creating salary offer recommendations
- Extending offers to candidates
- Negotiating and deal closing with challenging candidates
Requirements or Qualifications
Qualified Candidates will have:
- Technical recruiting experience
- Behavioral interviewing experience
- Taleo applicant tracking system experience
- Current experience recruiting for a telecommunications company is preferred
