Job Description

Our client has a requirement for Java & Jive for a Fulltime opportunity.  The positions are located in Toronto, ON location.

Requirement or Qualifications

Support by: Phone, forum and emails

Tasks:

• White list management and troubleshooting.
• Jive user list maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Setting Intranet and group permissions.
• Helping user with their own groups (widget selection, scripting, and general questions)
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues (Domain and VPN)
• Application troubleshooting.  Document issues with the vendor product and see if it can be fixed.
• Liaison with Jive
• Investigate new versions of Jive SBS.
• Investigate/test new plugging from Jive

Skills Required:

• Troubleshooting/Problem solving skills
• Networking knowledge (domain and vpn)
• Jive SBS, HTML, CSS2, CSS3, Javascript, JQuery, Usability, Understanding of IE configuration

Live Development

Tasks:

• Work with clients to set requirements/mockup for the intranet.
• Assist with layout, widget selections, features and functions.
• Create intranets, permissions and themes (editing FTL).
• Test all features and functions.
