Job Description

Our Client has a requirement for an IT Support analyst. We are seeking a dynamic individual who will, under the supervision of the Manager, Information Technology Operations, serve as a system support resource-person for the on-going operation of business systems; provide systems/applications support; provide documentation and training support; provide system testing support; provide systems/application reporting support and perform other related duties.

Knowledge

• Database systems; MS SQL Server, MS Access;
• Programming languages (ASP/.NET, HTML, VB, VBScripts, Etc.);
• Querying languages (MS SQL, IngresSQL, etc.);
• Common business procedures and workflows (Procurement, AP, AR, HR, Payroll, Merchandizing, etc.)

Must Have:

• Second level client support including help desk support software;
• Developing system/end-user documentation;
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and related procedures;
• Database administration using MS SQL Server;
• Report development using industry standard tools (MS SQL Server Reporting Services, MS Access, Crystal Reports, etc.);
• Programming (ASP/NET, HTML, VB and VBScripts)
