Job Description

Our client has a requirement for a SECRET cleared level 2 Security Specialist for a long term contract in Ottawa, Ontario.

Requirements

• Demonstrated five years of experience within the last ten years in designing, engineering, installing, configuring, testing, troubleshooting, supporting and maintaining major IT products and infrastructure, to include at least one of the following:
• Microsoft Network Operating System;
• IP Networks; or
• Applications Integration.

• Demonstrated five years of experience within the last ten years in designing, engineering and maintaining security networking equipment, in at least one of the following:
• Guards and Gateways;
• Intrusion Detection Systems;
• Firewalls;
• Border Protection Services;
• Cryptographic Devices; or
• Data Diodes

• Demonstrated one year of experience within the last five years working with common classified networks at the Secret and/or Top Secret level
• Demonstrated one year of experience within the last five years in creating Technology Architecture Options Analyses.
• Demonstrated one year of experience within the last five years in planning, evaluating, advising or supervising the activities of a project team within scheduled time and cost parameters.
• Demonstrated one year of experience within the last five years in the development of Systems Engineering Documentation (e.g. Design, Test and Implementation)
