Job Description

Our client has a requirement for Windows 7 Packager for a 2 month contract opportunity.  The position is located in Ottawa, Ontario. The consultant must have extensive experience with scripting application packages for installation and automated Windows 7 deployment.

Requirement or Qualifications

Qualified Candidates will have:

• Prepare technical configuration standards documentation
• Prepare Rollout strategies for software components, addressing both migration and ongoing operations
• Prepare Software Prototype Packages, including Installation strategies, Rollout Prerequisites, Technical Installation Guides & Software Prototypes
• Develop Quality Assurance Test Plans / Scripts to validate engineering meets requirements and technical configuration standards, conduct engineering testing, and produce engineering test reports
• Produce Final Production Packages, including Technical Installation Guides & Software Packages (installation and deployment)
• Prepare Technical Support documentation, including FAQ’s, knowledge base material, documented technical processes, etc.
• Contribute to the End User Communication Package
