Job Description
Our client has a requirement for a Technical Architect for a long term (36 months) contract opportunity. The position is located in Ottawa, Ontario. The objective is to develop and implement a set of standardized IT services for all users of the Secret networks. The Technical Analyst will provide guidance and support to the team as well as provide the expertise for the integration of technical architectures, frameworks and strategies for multiple network systems.

Requirement or Qualifications
Qualified Candidates will have:
- Must have Valid Secret Clearance
- 10+ years of experience with VoIP networks
- 5+ years experience working with networks at the secret level
- 5+ years experience in the development of Systems Engineering Documentation (e.g. Design Specifications, Test and Implementation)
- Experience in designing, engineering, installing, configuring, testing, troubleshooting, supporting and maintaining major IT products and infrastructure
- 5+ years experience supporting large IT networks and systems such as Unix, Linux or Windows
- Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or related IT field
- Experience in the telecommunications industry
- Experience configuring routers and switches
