About the Job

Our client has a requirement for a Data Analytics Customer Experience Coordinator for a 3 Month Contract opportunity.  The position is located in Toronto, ON.

Role

The Data Analytics Customer Experience Coordinator will work in a unique physical space that invites visitors to engage with analytics on a personal level to provide them with an interactive course that can be shaped to fit clients’ specific interests and needs. The environment isn’t about the theory of Analytics — it’s about the practical application of this emerging discipline. 

Responsibilities

• Supporting the team in ensuring that the clients’ experience through demos, workshops, seminars are a success from a technological standpoint
• Successfully orchestrate the clients’ visits and will be accountable for installing, testing, monitoring and maintaining the technology including all its associated components
• Work with a variety of stakeholders such as the lab clients, team members, Partners and Senior Executives to ensure the solution meets the necessary quality expectations from a logistic and technological standpoint.    

Requirements or Qualifications

• Expert in a wide range of front-end technologies and has been exposed to solution delivery for multiple-browser and mobile devices including Apple products
• Passion for analytics
• Tableau experience
• Experience with Qlikview
• The ability to operate in a fast-paced dynamic environment
