Job Description

Our client has a requirement for a Business Transformation Architect  for a contract opportunity.  The position is located in Ottawa.

Scope of the Work

To provide Business Transformation Architect expertise to support the Director, Change Management Strategists in performing all tasks leading and related to building and conducting business process simulations using IGrafx. 

The work will include:

• Reviewing the “To-Be” processes already in IGrafx and convert tasks into BPMN using simple and descriptive shapes.
• Providing support and contribute to cleaning up the “To Be” maps to obtain one master process.
• Develop Resource Model; help with entering task time for all tasks and look at requirements for gateways.
• Build and conduct simulations.
• Provide iGrafx and BPMN coaching and hands-on training to DCMgmt Strategists and Manager.

Requirement or Qualifications

• Fifteen (15) years’ experience within the last twenty (20) years working within an IM/IT environment.Five (5) years’ experience within the last ten (10) years working with Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN).
• An ITIL - Managers Certification in IT Service Management. A copy of the certificate must be included in the bid.
• Clearly demonstrated experience in creating process simulations1 for a minimum of three (3) projects in the last 5 years
• Enhanced Reliability security clearance.
• Demonstrated experience working with the iGrafx Process Modeling tools and/or products. - 5+ years = 30 points
• The proposed resource will be rated on the number of process simulations projects - 6+ projects = 15 points
