Our client has a requirement for a Level 2 Desktop Engineer for 6 months contract. The position is located in Melville, New York, USA.

Summary

Currently looking for a skilled Level 2 Desktop Engineer to troubleshoot Microsoft Office 2010 tickets and issues. Ideal if candidate can also provide Windows 7 application and configuration issues support via a bridge line or ticket queue. This is a 6 months assignment that is expected to extend and may convert to perm.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support at the company’s major campus locations in Melville, NY
• Interview preference given to candidate who is open to either shift - 7:00AM to 3:00PM or 3:00PM to 11:00PM local time, Monday through Friday excluding company holidays.
• Candidate will provide Level 2 desktop engineering support for troubleshooting MS Office 2010 tickets/issues. Ideal candidate will also be able to support a Windows 7 deployment and associated application and configuration issues.
