Job Description:

Our client has a requirement for ASP.Net/C# Programmers for a contract opportunity.  The positions are located in Ottawa.

Requirement or Qualifications

     Mandatory criteria

1. Government of Canada Secret Security Clearance
2. Demonstrated experience in the field of distributed computing specializing in the automated installation and deployment of desktop components, desktop productivity tools and/or desktop utilities for a large corporate environment of 2,500 or more geographically dispersed users. (5 years)
3. Demonstrated experience developing installation programs / scripts using Microsoft Visual Studio’s VB.NET, Install shield, Wise Package Editor and/or other similar scripting tool.
4. Demonstrated experience working with MS System Center Configuration Manager 2007 or higher across a corporate environment of more than 2,500 geographically dispersed Windows desktop users.
5. Demonstrated experience:  engineering  / scripting / packaging applications,  productivity tools, and utilities testingCompleting preparations for application Deployment with SCCM 2007 (or higher) across  a corporate environment of more than 2,500  geographically dispersed Windows desktop users

    Rated Criteria

1. Holds a current MCSE certification or a current MCSA certification that is in good standing at the time of the bid submission.
2. Demonstrated experience developing installation programs/scripts using Microsoft Visual Studio’s VB.NET
3. Demonstrated experience developing installation programs/scripts using Installshield
4. Demonstrated experience developing installation programs/scripts using Wise Package Editor
5. Additional demonstrated experience (over and above two (2) years mandatory): engineering  / scripting / packaging applications,  productivity tools, and utilities for corporate deployment testing
6. Additional demonstrated experience (over and above three (3) years mandatory) working with MS System Center Configuration Manager 2007 or higher across a corporate environment of more than 2,500 geographically dispersed Windows desktop users.
