Job Description:

Our Government client has a long contract opportunity for an IM/IT Software Developer.  The position is located in Ottawa and will be heavily involved in working with a team to provide all areas of Software Development, Data Modeling and optimization, Testing and Installation for a Records Management tool. The Developer with be responsible in developing prototypes, models, standards and other internal requirements in the technical context of systems.

Qualified Candidates will have:

• A minimum of 8 years experience as a IM/IT Programmer in a Government IM/IT Environment
• 8+ years working as a Software Developer in a Records Management/Document management or Collaboration projects
• Experience working with Oracle 10g or SQL 2007 databases or higher
• 2 years experience creating, maintaining and reviewing technical documentation
• 8+ years in web based programming language C# or Powershell
