About the Job

Our client has a requirement for a Bilingual JD Edwards Trainer for a twenty-five day contract opportunity.  The position is located in Montreal.

Role

Resources will be delivering end-user training for clients in Montreal, Ottawa, and Quebec City.

Responsibilities

Training would include:

• Decentralized billing,
• some HR modules and
• Conducting a time entry post UPK question and answer webinar.

Note: There will be members of the implementation team involved with the classroom training, to answer specific questions, but they are English speaking only. 

Requirements or Qualifications

Qualified Candidates will have:

• Demonstrated knowledge of JDE Billing and JDE HR (including Time Entry)
• Demonstrated experience providing technical training within an enterprise environment
• Possess a natural ease in dealing with people, an ability to present yourself with confidence, speak before a large audience with conviction, a mature thought process to create training material relevant to your audience, spontaneity to respond to difficult situations with ease, a good sense of humour, loads of enthusiasm and most importantly a passion for the subject matter that is being presented.
