Job Description:

One of our financial services hiring managers is looking for QA Analyst to join his team in Toronto for a 6month contract.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Bachelors in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or relevant field.
• 5 years of expertise in Q&A Test and Analysis
• Genesys/Avaya technology (Genesys Routing, Genesys Reporting & Genesys Agent Desktop)
• IVR
• Knowledge of automated test tools such as HP Quality Center and QTP
• Understanding on telephony networking (Avaya Rout
