About the Job
Our client has a requirement for a Trainer/Level  2 for a 6 month contract opportunity.  The position is located in Toronto.


Deliverables
  1. Contribute and support the education strategy, training plans and training schedules for the Application Maintenance and Support (AMS) team;
  2. Create, maintain and update educational material. Write and maintain user/support groups documentation that support agencies in using the new system;
  3. Perform web training and perform presentations for sector organizations and agencies;
  4. Deliver instructor-led financial/statistical software training to Healthcare Service Providers (HSPs);
  5. Develop training related communication and provide input to the AMS communication strategy
  6. Create feedback/survey reports and incorporate into education strategy moving forward.
  7. Coordinate training logistics ( registering users, schedules, locations etc)
  8. Communicates with sector users regarding issues with software configurations, implementation and technical support
  9. Develop and present reports and reporting metrics to Service Manager


Skills Matrix
  1. Describe any experience in MS Dynamics GP or similar software applications
  2. Describe approach and/or method used for training delivery to diverse groups
  3. Provide details on your experience developing and delivering Online training  and describe the methods and tools you’ve used.
  4. Provide an example of a time where you were responsible for all aspects of a particular training session, including needs assessment, planning, scheduling, material development, delivery and post delivery evaluation.


Qualifications
  1. Minimum 5 years experience planning, coordinating and delivering training to diverse and varying participants
  2. Experience creating, delivering and evaluating online or e-learning sessions.
  3. Demonstrated ability and experience in creating materials to support educational sessions
  4. Ability to apply adult learning principles and practices to address different learning styles and situations
  5. Well developed facilitation skills that support a varying number of class sizes and methods of delivery
  6. Demonstrated ability and experience in planning, scheduling and administration of training sessions
  7. Demonstrated organizational skills, verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills, and interpersonal skills.
  8. A team player who is self motivated and can work independently
  9. Ability to think creatively and to take initiative
  10. Strong troubleshooting and technical skills in particular relating to software training


Nice to have
  1. Accounting knowledge and experience
  2. MS Dynamics GP knowledge and experience
  3. Formal education in adult learning, i.e. college or university level programs in adult education
  4. Experience in a managerial or leadership role
  5. Experience working in healthcare sector
Proficiency in English and French with a demonstrated ability in providing bilingual training within a classroom and online environment.
