Job Description:
Our client has a requirement for Business Analyst for a 6 months contract opportunity. The position is located in Toronto.

Deliverables
•Provides appropriate support to technical leads at health service providers and vendors
•Support and track vendors through the Integrated Assessment Record feed development and testing process
•Act as level two support for vendors and health service providers experiencing implementation and/or upload issues
•Support the provider registry for the IAR, add organizations as they pass testing, resolve issues identified in Inspector
•Provides data feed submission evaluation and support
•Review and provide guidance on Statements of Work when requested by HSPs
•Coordinate assessment scenario testing
•Document all contacts with health service providers & vendors according to protocol
•Develop and deliver HSP/vendor pre go-live check in meetings
•Schedule and deliver all IAR technical training for both vendors and organizations
•Review, update and revise training materials as directed
Qualifications
•Experience with XML data feeds
•Training delivery experience
•Excellent customers service skills
•Ability to work effectively with & relate well to team members/external stakeholders
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Good analytical trouble shooting and problem solving skills
•Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
•Strong organizational and multi tasking skills
•Demonstrates a genuine interest in business processes and practices
