Job Description:
Our client has a requirement for Manager of Learning and Development for a permanent opportunity. The position is located in Edmonton, Alberta. The position will be reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer. It is a new role within the organization and allows the candidate to make the position their own.

Requirement or Qualifications:
Qualified Candidates will have:
- 5+ years of direct experience in learning and development
- Have demonstrated the ability to be successful at developing, delivering and assessing learning programs
- Strong instructional skills
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Experience with SharePoint 2010
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite 2010
- A certification and/or diploma in adult education an asset
