Job Description:
Our client has a requirement for a PeopleSoft Recruiting and Talent Management Expert role for a 3 month contract opportunity. The positions are located in Montreal.

Qualified Candidates will have:
PeopleSoft recruiting and Talent management modules expertise to assist with the review and documentation of the current PeopleSoft environment, recruiting processes, complete Fit / Gap analysis, Recruiting module implementation with links with other modules and conversion of existing recruiting system to PeopleSoft HCMS 9.1.
The analyst will provide following deliverables related to existing PeopleSoft Enterprise Recruiting Solutions version 9.1 application (“the Application”):
- Reviewing business requirements document;
- Creating a high-level project plan which will include a description of project milestones, resources and work products.
- Reviewing and updating fit-gap analysis results document;
- Facilitating the identification of configuration to accommodate processes by running sessions with project’s members;
- Creating a configuration specifications document.
