Job Description:
Our client has a requirement for Project Support Specialist for a 6 months contract opportunity. The position is located in Ottawa.
Deliverables
•Coordinate internal regional meetings
•Work closely with Regional Implementation Leads and other regional team members to ensure ongoing recording and accuracy of implementation progress
•Update milestone database
•Coordinate logistics for all regional training sessions including WebEx hosting
•Coordinate travel, vacation tracking and expense claims for regional project team members
•Arrange teleconferences as required
•Prepare correspondence, memos, reports and presentations as requested
•Manage general office logistics
•Follow the regional implementation model and adhere to regional and core processes
•Assist in the coordination, preparation and documentation of both project team meetings and education sessions.
•Assist project team members in project research, data analysis and impromptu project tasks as required.
•Maintain stakeholder contact information, distribution lists, and other information lists as required.
•Provide administration assistance to project team members as required.
Qualifications - Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
•Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
•Knowledge of Visio & MS Project is an asset.
•Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
•Experience in co-ordination is an asset.
•Experience in the health sector is an asset.
•Interest in business processes and practices.

•Experience supporting trainers or educators in a variety of functions.
•Experience tracking & making revisions to training materials.
•Experience liaising with external printing providers.
