Job Description:
Our client has a requirement for an IT Support Analyst (Desktop) for a permanent opportunity.  The position is located in Edmonton, Alberta. The position will be a part of the Technology Infrastructure team. As part of the team, one will be working closely with other IT Support staff to resolve hardware and software issues within the organization.

Requirement or Qualifications:
Qualified Candidates will have:
  • University degree or diploma in Computer Science
  • 2+ years of related work experience
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft operation systems
    • Deployment, troubleshooting, configuration
  • Desktop deployment, troubleshooting and configuration
  • Knowledge of  anti-virus software, Active Directory
  • Experience with hardware and printers deployment, troubleshooting and configuration
  • Knowledge of Blackberry hardware and software deployment, troubleshooting and configuration
  • Experience in providing IT Helpdesk support
