Job Description:
Our client has a requirement for a Business Analyst to fill a Permanent opportunity located in Alberta.

Required Skills
  • In depth knowledge of Organizational Change Management (OCM)
  • Breadth of knowledge of healthcare and understands patient care dependencies with the work performed
  • Manage strategic aspects of large engagements
  • Strong leader – takes initiative and is proactive, ability to anticipate stakeholder issues
  • Ability to influence others to adopt a new way of thinking or taking action
  • Able to stay the course in the most difficult and ambiguous situations, ability to keep focused when challenged not to do so
  • Ability to deal with conflict at a senior level in the organization
  • Political savvy, ability to negotiate and resolve politically sensitive issues
  • Establish and maintain relationships at senior levels and in the clinical arena (physicians etc.)
  • Confident in their abilities and stakeholders will see them as confident
  • Demonstrated success in managing or leading a large complex initiative/program/project as an OCM
  • System’s thinking – sees “cause and effect” relationships in macro end-to-end processes (can anticipate how a change in one area may impact other business areas)
  • Critical thinker – chooses and addresses the right problems to solve to achieve objectives, has the ability to separate relevant from irrelevant information when making decisions and able to simplify and communicate complex material to stakeholders
  • Communicates, manages expectations and represents the organizations interests to numerous stakeholders, many of which have political sensitivities


Desired Skills
  • Solid understanding and many years experience in OCM
  • Has lead large transformational initiatives
  • Has developed and implemented OCM strategies for complex and large scale programs or projects
  • Can apply OCM expertise to set direction and resolve problems in that area
  • Education in Prosci, Organizational Development
  • Has developed Change Frameworks
  • Is known as a thought leader and recommends leading edge best practices
  • Experience in  leading a cultural change
