Job Description:
Our client has a requirement for a Project Leader for a 6 month contract opportunity. The position is located in Toronto.

Deliverables
- Develops detailed project plans to support the transition of MIS/HRIS projects to ongoing sustainability
- Accountable for ensuring the successful completion of all transition phases of the project from discovery to steady state
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to develop support processes and define tools integration
- Work with the community care sectors in establishing a business governance framework and related support processes.
- Collaborate with Service Management to develop support operating framework, Business operating models, MoUs and service level agreements.
- Develops effective relationships with key stakeholders i.e. Health Data Branch, Project Team Leads, Business Owners, Business Lead
- Develops Transition artifacts to support the transition deliverables
- Presents weekly project status reports to the Transitions Lead
- Leads appropriate project resources (including monitoring, controlling and evaluating project team)
- Manages day to day project planning through use of project management methodologies, techniques and tools
Requirement or Qualifications:
- Experience transitioning OHRS/MIS Solution to ongoing sustainability in the health sector
- Strong understanding and demonstrated success of delivering tools in to the community health sector
- Experience with establishing business governance structures
- Experience implementing strategic recommendations into operations while taking into consideration the political, business, financial and technical constraints
- Strong understanding of Healthcare transition projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation skills
- Strong relationship development and stakeholder management skills
- Developing and maintaining detailed project plan and project records, and supporting documentation
