Job Description:
Our client has a requirement for Project Manager PeopleSoft HRMS for a 7 month contract opportunity. The positions are located in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

The Project Manager is to lead all phases of the PeopleSoft HCM Upgrade project.
The Project Manager will be responsible for all elements of the project described above, and will be expected to create a plan that encompasses all elements in a critical path to completion.
This position requires the ability to perform all facets of project management and act as the key resource for the identified Project Lead.
Project Information:
The main goal is to implement a PeopleSoft upgrade to satisfy the following objectives:
- Maximize the functionality of the currently licensed modules.
- Continue to provide payroll services in a timely, accurate manner.
- Maintain the integrity and security of confidential employee information.
- Maintain current service delivery and high level of customer satisfaction.
- Improve access to information required for program and policy evaluation and ability to retain and analyze information in regard to areas of importance, such as representative workforce, absence management, workforce analysis, and disability management.
- Maintain efficient, cost-effective business transaction costs.
- Continue timely response to policy and other changes i.e. economic adjustments, performance adjustments, collective bargaining agreement policy changes.
Qualified Candidates will have:
• Expert level Project Manager with a PMP or Prince2 designation.
• Change Management (Prosci-ADKAR) preferred.
• Sponsor coaching and demonstrated team Leadership and Management abilities.
• Ability to manage conflict and provide effective communication ability.
• Demonstrated Organization & Facilitation skills.
• Experience working within a Provincial Government and Treasury board model is an asset.
• Management Consulting level knowledge and experience.
• Leading requirements gathering for complex “off the shelf” or “hybrid, platform based” commercial software solutions.
