Job Description:
Our client has a requirement for PeopleSoft GL Consultant for a Contract and Fulltime opportunity. The position is located in Toronto, ON.

Requirement or Qualifications:
PeopleSoft GL consultant.
- Experience on PeopleSoft GL module.
- Strong Finance knowledge with good understanding of ERP applications. CA/CGA or similar designations would be preferred.
- Prior experience in gathering business requirements from end user, performing gap analysis and documenting strategies and business solutions.
- Exposure to multi-currency environment (revaluation and translation), allocation models, data conversion from legacy system, mapping between legacy chart of accounts and target chart of accounts, Year End Closure process.
- Good understanding of PL SQL statements, developing PS Queries and nVision reports.
- Demonstrated skill in analysis and problem solving including determining priorities, producing fully developed quality recommendations to decision makers.
- Previously experience of working in an ERP environment with PeopleSoft 8.5 / Oracle Applications 11i or 12i/ Hyperion or Seibel Analytics would be an added asset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in banking domain a plus.
