Job Description:

One of our financial services hiring managers is looking for technical analyst for a 6months contract in Mississauga, Toronto.

 Qualifications:

More than 2 years of experience in Strong documentation (Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Reports, Change Requests) More than 3 years of experience in providing IT/ QA Analysis and testing for Distributed Enterprise Systems on Windows 2003/2008  Experience with server side Operability testing (implementation of mission critical application into production) Strong knowledge of SDLC- from conception to maintenance phases Solid understanding of QA Methodology More than 2 years of experience with Production Acceptance Testing environment (PAT) Experience with Managing/ logging incidents, able to route / direct calls to appropriate group. Superior presentation skills, able to speak in front of stakeholders, present business cases Able to negotiate with various groups within technology engineering Familiar with database servers (DB2, Oracle, MS SQL Server, Access) Experience with implementation of applications. Strong understanding of infrastructure connectivity testing  Strong UNIX/LINUX experience. Have a strong understanding of deployment times/ strategies  Understand Smoke-tests   Deploying Applications in Websphere. Strong Windows Server experience. Understanding of Web and Applications Services IIS, Websphere, Websphere Portal, Apache,  Ability to read Blue Prints  Nice to have: Financial / Banking Experience (i.e., Wealth experience)  KEY WORDS : - INFRASTRUCTURE, WEBSPHERE, TEST, ANALYST, QA
