Job Description:
Our client is looking to hire an HP Service Manager consultant for a contract position. This technical resource must have previous experience with HP Service Manager v 9.2 or higher and have experience on projects following ITIL best practices.
Requirements:
Must Have:
- 10+ years experience in IT with 5 years experience with ITSM tools, specifically HP Service Manager or HP Service Center.
- Experience in HP SM 9.3 (knowledge management module)
- Experience with an environment of 10,000 ESS Knowledge users
- KBI Knowledge Base for Help desk and End user Self Service:
- (required) 53 named Floating Users & 114 Named Users
- 10,000 ESS Users – 1 Seat for 250 Users = 40 Seats for 10,000 Users
- Ability to relocate to Halifax for a 2 month period if necessary.
- Essentially, Install and base configuration of KM and KBI. The client will consider resources with SM7 if they have knowledge of Knowledge Management and Employee self serve modules
